Haven’t had a hojicha like this one from Matcha Diary before. It has the deep roasted aroma, but still tasted soft and gentle at the same time! I love it so much!

Love the unique nuttiness from Nagomi, which apparently it’s a signature aroma from Yame matcha. It is now my to-go morning matcha!

I ordered hojicha from Matcha Diary and it was such a lovely experience from start to finish.
The hojicha has a deep, toasty flavor with lots of character – it honestly feels like drinking a cup of nutty coffee, but gentler and so comforting.
